All purchases, tier advancements, package activations, and slot contributions made on the Revolutionary Group platform are final, permanent, and strictly non-refundable.
We do not process direct or indirect refunds, cancellations, or transaction reversals under any circumstances at the moment.
Why Refunds Are Impossible
Our platform operates as a decentralized-style matrix queue and auto pool network. The moment you purchase or activate a slot, the system's algorithm immediately allocates and distributes the corresponding values/points to eligible uplines and other queue participants.
Because these funds are split and paid out immediately to other users in real-time, the platform does not hold your payments in a central corporate treasury or pool. Consequently, we do not have the technical ability or access to reverse these transactions or retrieve funds once they have been distributed.
User Responsibility
By interacting with our smart interfaces or paying via connected gateways, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You must double-check all wallet addresses, payment amounts, and tier choices before confirming any transaction.
- You assume full responsibility for the crypto transactions initiated through your account.
- You participate with the understanding that queue times and rewards are variable and depend entirely on general network and community participation.

Our support team is happy to help verify and credit your slot activations manually if the system encountered a synchronization error, but we cannot process any cryptocurrency refunds.
